BTW, there’s 50-70% overlap between autism and ADHD.

Just read the book “Blooming differently” by Leanne Maskell. Very informative, but also quite depressing.

Thanks for the advice ! My kids are AuDHD and I seek for help and books because I am «only » ADHD and I don’t know what is like to be AuDHD…

She explains very honestly and detailed what difficulties she had. I found that rather depressing and skipped some parts - but that’s just me.
