The dex is working pretty well but not as well as it used to at all. Any suggestions for supplements or another prescription med to take in conjunction with the dex to increase its therapeutic effectiveness?

Dev will always plateau eventually. My doc recommends occasional med holidays when I’m in a place where I can do them to reset my body.
