Seems like the only way will be to go to a doctor you trust, and who believes in your ADHD. Same as most anywhere else in the world. I’m also on that medication (Concerta) and it works well for me, alongside Auvelity, which is a newer antidepressant. I hope you can find a doctor, or a nurse practitioner who specializes in mental health, who will help you find what will work best for you! 🫶🏻
