Totally get it. I have been through exactly the same, and I told my loved ones exactly the same thing you write here.
But you’ll see, it will get better when you DO have a real sleep schedule : you’ll find time for your obligations AND your personal pursuits, without endangering your health, because your energy will be so much better, and you’ll be able to prioritize correctly too.
The problem is being able to transition from your way of life to this new one : I get it, it’s hard. Basically, I think I just told myself : « Whatever ! Things are done/finished or not : it doesn’t matter, what does is my health », so I decided to focus (reaaaaally focus, as in « this-is-life-or-death-priority » focus) on my wake-up and go-to-sleep routines. Then, things kind of sorted themselves out, one by one.
But I must say : I only did this after starting my medication.
