Pantry Hack

we all know how easily food in our pantry can expire because expiration dates are not yelling on purpose. and because the old stuff hides in the back... I started marking the expiration date BIG AND BLACK on the front. so the date IS yelling at me as soon as I open the door

That's a really good idea. I should adapt this for some stuff. On the other hand I also eat dips and sauces expired +- 3 years ago if they still smell and taste good ... sooooo. If I remember correctly there is some sauce expired in 2021 in my fridge right now.
