I’m new here

I am struggling. I have ADD and other health issues and my 7 year old has ADHD, ODD, and SPD. I feel trapped in my own household. I want to clean everything but my physical limitations prevent me from doing it.

I feel you. My kids are grown so now I feel like the state of my life wasn't because of my kids, that it was me all along. I have comorbidities like Hashimoto's, thyroid cancer and spinocerebellar ataxia. Plus my husband has MS. I'm trapped in my life and I understand how you feel. You're not alone.

Doing a little bit at a time can go a long ways. Do what your body can handle, then continue the next day, and so on and so forth. It truly does help because I’ve recently been diagnosed with Chiari Malformation Type 1, it really messes you up. But since I still live with my parents, they’ve helped me find ways to get around all of the symptoms. In other words, do what your body can take and then reward yourself for being productive
