not feeling well

I m not feeling well since few days, I am always hopeless, unmotivated, always running from things, procrastinating, sad and avoidant. I wish I had a cat that I can hug and sleep with.

Have you been eating? I recently discovered that not eating doesn’t make me hungry it makes me feel sick 🤒
