I used to take 4 shots of espresso daily and still can fall asleep. Now, just a latte gonna eff me up lol
Even for folks with ADHD, coffee after 2 p.m. (or even noon) can reduce deep sleep and wreck next-day energy — and that’s not just opinion, it’s backed by peer-reviewed studies. But experimenting is brave and awesome, especially if you’re tracking. Love that you’re not giving up!
