Discovered this hack yesterday

Doing a tedious task with little to no reward? Try doing it while sucking on a piece of hard candy or chewing a fresh piece of gum. The candy helps to stimulate your senses and release some extra dopamine that you can use to get started, and hopefully keep going

Yes exactly, for example the laundry is one of my toughest difficulties and as I don’t have an electrical one. You can lmagine the kind of torture 😂, however now I start listening to music or podcast so that I do the thing without being to annoyed
