It’s okay

I feel raw after most experiences and can feel..annoyed by everything after. Which is not nice to feel OR to be around. I’ve been working with a new therapist who sees that although I’m PAINFULLY SELF AWARE😅 I don’t express myself in a positive or helpful manner. Leaving me to blow up or shut down on people. Learning to express the built up energy inside of me is going to be my next big learning curve. Positively releasing pent up energy. This app has helped with some insight. CO-Star!
