Uhm. I haven't seen a picture of you. Nevertheless, I say that you should wear a dress that suits you. You are definitely beautiful just the way you are, otherwise you wouldn't be here at Numo 😊 in this great community. Per se, we are all beautiful people here. Your inner self is reflected outwardly, and your clothes should authentically suit you. If you still want to wear a dress for which you'd have to lose weight, I can give you the tip to eat plenty of what's important for your body. In the morning, yogurt/quark with nuts and oatmeal and some fruit. At noon, lots of vegetables. In the evening, e.g., fish. Eat all meals very, very slowly, including snacks. Drink lots of tea and water. And take a walk every day. For exercise, you should choose 1 thing that you enjoy. Pilates is very effective and super strenuous because you have to breathe correctly and hold individual positions. However, it's great for good posture. Swimming would be an option without exertion but with the same effect 🤗

Although I love to exercise, I’m having trouble to get my 🍑 in motion from time to time. What saves me is: a) having a partner to join me and sometimes he motivates me or I motivate him to go, b) reminding myself that I will feel great afterwards c) joining an online program so I don’t have to think about what to train on gym days but just follow the instructions d) having the opportunity to train at home if I don’t make it to the gym and e) seeing the bigger picture: I like to feel strong and moving some weights makes my head feel stronger, too. But you need to find something that is fun, not only to loose weight. (In my case it’s strength training)

Backing up previous comments, join a sports club, doesn’t have to be the classic gym, maybe even sth that sounds fun to you (for context, I‘ve been doing karate for over 10 years now and can’t even remember when I started because I was too young)

I struggle with this as well. Allergic to Routines though desperately need them 🙄 My solution is to change my lifestyle so that exercise is simply part of living. For me it’s living on a sailboat which I’m hoping to do before this summer

One thing that I did was join a gym class, it pressured me into going because people always asked me why I wasn’t there this or that week. Made me feel required to p

Sometimes trying 3 minutes technique my brain just thinking it will be 3 minutes “oh that’s easy” let’s do it. If I do 3 minutes and feel like don’t want yo continue I don’t continue. But if I feel I don’t want to stop I continue to exercise

What helps me best, to do things that I want to do, but that don’t come naturally for me, is routines. I joined a gym I pass every day to and from work. And I decided to go Monday, Wednesday and Friday after work. This takes the guesswork and the feelings out of it. The question is not "do I want to go to the gym?”, the question is: "is it a gym day?" - this system and the mental reframe helps me a lot, because it’s not about feelings, it’s about facts (which day it is) and it’s way harder for my brain to argue with facts, than to decide if I want to do something.

Unfortunately, I can't help you because I'm in exactly the same situation as you and I'd also like some advice!
