overstimulated at work

Any hacks on how to deal with being overstimulated while working in gastronomy? Sometimes in the middle of the day, I feel like a dog on New Year's Eve 🎆

Have you checked out loops earplugs? I find the grocery store and some restaurants over stimulating and I wear those earplugs and it’s surprisingly relaxing. They don’t block everything, you can usually hear people talking right next to you, but everything is muted.
