
Why are screens and Social Media so addicting to me???
It’s bad. Like really bad. And I know the science. Broken dopamine receptors and what not. Does anyone else struggle with this, if so, how do you achieve balance?

I struggle with this too. Even if I’m not watching something it’s like an addiction to having my phone around doing something whether productive or nonproductive
I believe it’s the dopamine rush we get from watching stuff…which is created for that, and it’s always short and appealing in some way.
I am yet to somehow achieve balance, but it is also extremely bad for me.
