I've always had unexplained bruises, but I feel like they have become more frequent, and bigger in size since starting taking central stimulants. Especially since switching from concerta to elvanse/vyvanse. Has anybody else experienced this?

ALWAYS but not so huge as yours !!
I have been experiencing unexplained bruising for quite some time. Now I think about it, it’s got worse since increasing meds… Interesting…
Have you seen a doctor? The first thing that comes to mind is leukaemia 🫣 however, many types of medications could also cause bruises, but it’s better to check it out.
Oh wow. It hasn’t been this bad for me. Maybe mention this to your doctor?
