I would say either your GP go get referred to a psychologist or councillor. You can also pay to see someone privately to get a diagnosis.

Find a psychologist that does neuropsych evaluations. They can evaluate for almost any mental health conditions u may have

I already had a psychiatrist who was treating me for bipolar, so she also diagnosed me for ADHD. I guess seeing a psychiatrist or a psychologist would be helpful to understand if it’s ADHD or something similar.
