Me too i always end up drawing BMW M3

I do the same thing how I helped my self was I would only draw in a certain spot on my page and I would not let my self go out of it and if I used all of the space there would be no more drawing. It took a while to help but I eventually did

In high school and middleschool, when I tried to take notes, I’d have like 1/4th of what was needed written. When I sketched instead, I remembered everrrrryyything in that class. If that’s not you, see if you can record the lecture. If you can’t focus on it even with a way to bring it home, play with it with autotune and melodies and such. Make the teacher or professors voice dance around in editing the audio file and you might just pay attention to what they are saying.

Try drawing little funny drawings of things that in someway relate to the subject that is taught that class. That way, you even can remember better what was said when you review your notes..eh, drawings. :D
