I do morning stretches as soon as i wake up. gym time after lunch or in the evenings.
Yes!! When brushing your teeth, do squats! Honestly, while brushing your teeth what else are you doing besides looking in the mirror. Squats or wall sits if toothpaste stinging your eye is too much(it only happens a few times before you become a toothbrushing squat machine)
Hiii I love doing a small yoga routine in the mornings and I might even go for a short walk/run
Heyya! I absolutely struggle with long workouts, it's hard to stay motivated for even 15minutes. I love the quick 7min exercise apps, they're great, 7 minutes I can totally Do. It's gets your heart racing too, so it's perfect!
