
SCHEDULE YOUR WORRIES
During the day, i kept feel exhausted although i knew that im sure doing nothing extreme on physical. One day, I’ve found a knowledge about How much our brain suck our energy. It’s also tension our body muscle. Maybe the thing Im just noticing is whenever I not schedule My worries (like Im Going to think about problem on 8:00PM for 20 min), so IT will Run Autopilot on negativities. So, you’ll drown unnoticed in survival mode. So, I think you should try to schedule your worries as part of your day. Or you will worry all time during day unnoticed.
