A gap

I didn't use the app since few days, I started using this app to write my data but I couldn't bring myself to dii that, i am just to lazy the app's the first thing you will ever see on my phone but still it happens. Nothing much happened after I travelled from home to here. I hope I college dsa fast as possible only 9-10 days left for the exam, no dates revealed but I feel that.

You might try a Done Did It towards the end of the day. Jot down all the things (big and little) that you actually did. I was blind to my successes until I started doing this. Our tendency to all or nothing plus negative thinking leads easily to thinking we’re lazy. Gotta give ourselves grace 💜

Lazy and ADHD are definitely not the same. Does gamification help? Or celebrating smaller tasks? 👀

ADHD can make you seem lazy but you are not : things are much more complicated than that, be kind to yourself ❤️‍🩹
