Don’t forget to schedule your rewards and self-care

It’s easiest for us to create long to-do lists, but we often forget about ourselves due to the feeling of not doing enough. We should also block out time for ourselves on our list; that might be the most significant effort, as you may not believe you deserve it

This is what I’ve been missing! I’m so focused on trying to be productive that I completely forget to look after myself. Gonna make a routine now!

I love this idea!! I add things in like read 10 pages of my book, take a walk, etc.
