Something is wrong with points

I tried reaching out via feedback/report bug section but no one reads that. Trying my luck here. I am at level 21 & instead of points being accumulated they are being deducted. Currently, it says - 1024 points to next level. Not the end of the world but it’s nice to see your progress in numbers so hopefully it gets fixed soon. Thanks
