So every time I take a call I almost always forget if the person told me there name or what they said so fast. I’m still somehow a top performer but I think that’s just cause I take so many calls 😅

I work from home for a call center as well. I’m midrange for my work, but I’m one of the best at customer service. It gets a little rough at points with my memory issues, but I just apologize for that, ask their name again, and move on, using their name here and there. It seems to help.
