Sleep deprives maybe become one of our blueprint. 😵‍💫

It’s either ADHD that cause sleep deprivation or otherwise. What’s important is about the correlation between. So do you have any effective way to become early riser even after bad sleep also. There’s plenty of tips, but maybe not all of it suit for ourself. JUST KEEP TRYING!

Maybe focus on ways to get a good nights sleep or how to break the pattern of sleeping poorly instead. Not enough sleep sucks. You don’t want to get used to it 😜
