Frustration! 😳

I realize how frustrating it is for us not to do what we planned because we forgot; this leads to various situations such as self-criticism, self-deprecation, To stagnate, to overthink, yada yada. How do you deal with frustration? Does it have any hacks like A change of mindset? It has a magic button that turns it off for you?(that would be so nice if you Teach me🫠)
