I’m overwhelmed

I feel very cluttered in my brain to the point I can’t even think of tasks to complete it’s like too much. I am like hyper fixated on learning things for my business but also feel physically fatigued but can’t actually calm myself down to relax my brain keeps going. Idk what to do or how to help.

When I’m wired, cannot get my mind to calm, sleep is elusive, and I feel like I’m going to pop, I exercise. Not an exercise routine but something like running as fast, as hard, and as far as you can. Breath deeply and maybe repeat? I’m not an athletic exerciser. This is more like a way to release a stress valve. PS: Hyperfocus can be our superpower. Perhaps allow yourself to be hyper fixated on learning things for your business, for now. ???

Have you consulted with a therapist or a psychiatrist or an adhd coach?

I think in situations like this you have to force relaxation onto your body, anxiety is felt physically and then mentally. Try to squeeze your whole body, shrug your shoulders, close your eyes tight make fist and tighten your leg muscles and release. It is a way of making your body forcefully relax. Do 2-3 times and start there. You’ve got this <3 happy Tuesday
