I despise lists

I made a list the first day and did nothing on the list. Second day, I tried the app suggested do one task for 10 mins. It worked I actually completed a couple of the tasks and also tasks not on my list. I am a big procrastinator. I need to put on my list to “read more tips”.

I love making lists but once it’s on there I don’t feel the need to do it

Same!! But it's something about checking off the list and others seeing that you've ticked it off, as well as the kudos that we get that gives me the little kick of serotonin I need to do the tasks 😂

I find myself listing things I’ve done just to cross them off and feel productive. 😂
