Social media

How do you all handle your social media? I get stuck on it for hours. I deleted Facebook and Instagram off my phone but I’m missing my book and craft groups so much!

I'm not sure lol i tried quiting but im trying to grow an art following for an income so i kinda cant and i bounce from one to the other. Following for tips too.

I don't like set times for any activity I do, but a goal time, like on the hour, helps me to transition to something else. So if I check off eat breakfast at noon, I have until one to do whatever I want. Sometimes its social media, sometimes it's binge watching, but every hour, on the hour, I do something else. I have a small meal every two hours and inbetween I try to do a task or chore for at least 10 minutes. Then it's back to whatever I wanted to do. It's a start, because my media is still my priority. Resting, crafting, and bingeing is all I want to do. But if I get up and go into the kitchen every hour, eventually I get the dishes done!!!

Set timers & put down the phone when it goes off. Then it becomes a reward for completing tasks. Helps me. Good luck!
