3 år sidenAs someone with adhd and bpd impulsivity can be a real challenge. I would say try to take a step back and reassure yourself you can go back to the decision but try thinking the consequence and does it outweigh the reward. Some times it is good to be impulsive rather then think it over but other times it’s best knowing the desire and risk x 😇
