Do you have tips for how to incorporate something small into your morning or evening routine? I can't find anything that motivates me and keeps my attention to do it every day....

I ride a spins bike every morning, except weekends when I ride my skateboard. Slowly I want to Add a kettlebell exercise in.

I do a 10 min yoga routine every morning. Its super gentle but I feel like it gets me geared up for the day.xx
