I feel so whiney on here, but I can’t help but wonder if anyone is in the same boat. I have been on level 21 for the majority of the week. It seems like as you level up the point requirement gets way too much higher, and it just feels way less incentivizing. My squad doesn’t talk, and I’ve watched all of the tutorials. Soooooo where do I go from here?

How do you join a squad?
Join a new, active squad and start breaking tasks down into absurd micro-steps... Like "Grocery Shopping" becomes "1.Create Grocery list; 2.Drive to Grocery store; 3.Collect Groceries; 4.Pay for Groceries; 5.Drive Home"... Normally I wouldn't suggest gaming the system, but that's what the procrastination module said to do, and it should give you a bunch more exp points.
