What to do when life is boring + love life down the drain?

I am severely under stimulated at the moment but my adhd brain is like I have to get up and do SOMETHING but I have nothing to do. I’m always in either in executive dysfunction, or in a state like “I WANT TO DO SOMETHING BUT I HAVE NOTHING TO DO BUT I CANT STAY STILL”. On top of that I’m having relationship issues and I just want something to distract me from all of these anxious thoughts I’m having about it. What are the best distractions you guys use when everything in life just sort of sucks???

I put on my ear buds and clean 🧼, going for a walk, volunteer at my local animal shelter, something that brings you joy 💕

I usually go to the park ,read, do Sudokus (aka my new hyper fixation), or go roller skating

Cleaning, organizing helps me I get the gratification after done seeing the space I need in a way I can see everything but not be piled ten ft high lol

Find a new hyper fixation, I have about 10 that I go through, right now I’m with my crochet fixation. Also with the love life you might want to change things up and talk to your partner.

Well, if u dont mind losing your time to pointless activities you can try session videogames, if no try going somewhere doing what u love to do but havent did it for a long time

I mostly put some Music on and draw or paint something. That always helps me.

When i feel like everything sucks i grab my hyperfixation and start a new hobby. I build something or take a canvas and paint and just start something creative that stimulates my brain. Doing something productive, that i can do really good helps my brain to focus on good feelings instead of the bad ones. Most the time it helps ❤️
