Anyone Get Anxiety When Doing Laundry?

I find that I immediately get overwhelmed by laundry and will just wash and dry but get overwhelmed when it comes to folding. I run out of time and it ends up back in a pile again. Because I have cats I end up having to wash the piles again. Never-ending cycle. Any tips?
