We can compete in teams against teams. All the competitions are for step counts, like the furthest in set amount of days. Or reaching the goal in steps the fastest and so on. If you don't have a Samsung smart watch, you can put the app on your phone and the step counter app for Samsung, either Google or Apple too and pair them. Let me know, it will be fun and the motivation of competition may help some of get up and busy to get those steps in... Plus, it's got little workout option with videos for all levels of fitness and various amounts of time... Just thought maybe you guys could use a little fun motivation like I do... Just FYI other then competing there's no way to communicate through the Samsung health app. And the only information others can view is each others step count. But the app itself has lots of features with awesome analysis for various health areas and is good for keeping track or modification of health needs. It's also 100% free with a free samsung account.
