Today I saw symptoms that weren't common before, random anxiety attacks, getting cold frozen, stuck in thoughts. Today I tried every website that diagnosis depression, unfortunately according to them I have severe depression, I don't think it trust that it's right, might be wrong, but today I had 6 anxiety attacks that i could count.

That’s too bad cause you seem to me like you could use a listening ear right now… Do you fear being judged ? Or having to admit you need help ? I hope my questions do not come out as judgemental because I can certainly understand lacking the strength to put oneself out there and making a call… It’s just that I feel for you and worry for you… 🫶🏻
