What methods do you use to clear out your phone old notes and ect. I write down a lot of Ideas and I've never been able to organize them. Also if you know any good apps lmk I have this AI app that helps me organize my ideas but it's not easy a quick to use and jot things down with

For notes I switched to evernote. You can organize your notebooks, creat tags and much more.
for pictures I use Google Photos, it uploads your images to your google account and then lets you delete the duplicates in your camera roll ezpz. don’t have any hacks for any of the other stuff lol
So if I havent touched a note or picture in months, I either delete them or archive them so that they arent "gone" but also not in the way. I also merge similar notes together.
