I’ve never heard of bilateral. I gotta google it! I’ve definitely heard of binaural
Sometimes I just put my headphones on and don't listen to anything and then go around the house and do what things need to be done that helps me sometimes
I’m always listening to ASMR or brown noise while working on tasks that require concentration. It really helps my brain. I think it’s because of how the sound is so interesting but not as distracting as music or podcasts.
