I absolutely LOVE cooking. Try some easy apps like "Chefkoch", buy a healthy ingredient and build a meal around it. I love baked feta pasta from the oven, already got your fresh tomatoes, olive oil, herbs, onion, garlic. And carbs of course, but you could use whole grain pasta, add a salat et voila. Try soups (carrotsoup, zucchinisoup, brokkolisoup) with "healthy" bread to actually fill you. Make a fruit bowl with yoghurt and a drop of honey for sweetness, maybe nuts. Maybe those ideas may help 🥰
Tip from me - font go to shop hungry and not purchase sweet alcohol etc If if not home -90% less you will eat it
Yes out of sight out of mind — for better (in this case) or worse (when it comes to other things like work to do)!
