It's been almost a month, my mental health has been degraded for worst, i spend event night crying for hours, thinking, overthinking with hopeless, unmotivated and problems everywhere. Have no one to talk to... I am so clueless i don't know what I am doing what I want to do what should be i doing the spark is missing i just an living like a dead person.

You aren’t alone! I spent yesterday in the depths of despair as well. Get help! Having a therapist to talk to helps. cBT and DBT help! It’s so hard, I know and the daily grind of it all can wear us down. What are the things that give you joy? Plan on doing them at least once or twice a day! Love yourself, fiercely! We’re here with you and for you 💜
I just started CBT and I know for a fact it’s different from OT and normal therapy OT is occupational therapy

There is a free online therapy called the https://www.thehopeline.com/ . They have free therapy and other helpful things as well
Unfortunately none, every other online ones are too expensive for me
