I notice I process things different and i think i am a bottom up thinker, so i feel like this mis matches with the rest who is better in communicating things compactfull . I feel pretty insecure about this because i use alot of words to say what i mean and i cannot move on so quick.

In my experience, explaining what you need or having an initial meeting with your group to discuss everyone’s strengths and weaknesses can help figure out what parts of a project everyone would be best suited toward. Then everyone feels heard and has the piece of the work they like best…and pulling their equal weight which is where things usually go wrong.
