Small Steps

I’m working hard at rewarding myself for each small step I make towards a larger goal. I also am asking myself which of the numerous small steps I need to make will result in the most obvious progress. For example, if I need to move a large object from my view, that will feel more significant than doing something less visible. Literally- I ask- Will I see the results right away or not? This has helped me immensely. So each day I do a mix- small (invisible) urgent tasks, and small (highly visible) tasks. The mixture helps me so much to feel accomplished.

Agreed, I use the same method and can see how the past 80 days changed my daily life (for better of course!)
