I’ve done so much with AI like learning about natural adhd supplements, o seeing my groceries, planning my day and what not.
Thank you very much for this clever tip. I only used chatGPT for my paralysis problems and I asked for the matrix. Perfect! It even allowed me to start a legal procedure that I had been procrastinating for 3 years. 🌸 🙏🙏🙏
I’ve used Claude for ideas on effective strategies for organizing, accountability, suggestions, meal planning. I’ve found it very useful although it’s necessary to get it to check its work sometimes 😆
Besides making cool pictures of my cats with AI I use it for organizing lists. I’ll brain dump a bing of to-dos and ask it to categorize them and assign them a quadrant according to the Eisenhower Matrix (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4)
