The backlog entries somehow disappear... I finally put some chores in and put them in the 'whenever' category but now I can't find them anywhere... When I press backlog nothing happens either

How do I find the support chat? I tried many many times but the to dos don't appear under the backlog thingy... I did a screen recording but I can't upload it as a comment
