But I can’t re-focus on the task when I get back 🥲 What do you do during breaks? If I do something engaging, like watching YouTube, it’s hard to get back to work afterward. But if I do something less stimulating, I feel bored and not really rested.

What i Did in break session is nothing. Yeah It’s really NOTHING. Im just staring the wall, listening Ghibli, just Focus on what My brain think. The tips is break session means no stimulation, stop using your brain for a while. Before This, i also misunderstood social media as relaxation. What truely happen is you still flooding your brain with chemical And your brain still running. Here How My session flow. I deep Focus for 25 minute then take 3 minute break, then deep Focus 25 min then 3 minutes break, And the last round of 25 min then ling break. Sorry for the long paragraph HAHAHHA
