Late Autism and ADHD Diagnosis - No idea what to do next

I recently (in the last 5 days) got diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. I'm 38m, live in the UK, and have absolutely no idea what to do next. I have to wait a few weeks until I get the report to give to my GP. I can then get access to appointments and treatment. But I have no idea what to ask for. I have read a lot on the topic in the last few weeks, but all the advice in the UK is conflicting, and I just have no clue on how to start. Has anybody else had the same issues?

Autism is running undercover when you have ADHD, treat ADHD well then Autism starts to pop up more and can also be effectively treated
