Love the question and the answers! Make sure to allow for novelty flexibility if necessary and as women sometimes certain weeks of our cycle call for a certain schedule. Do you notice any extra difficulties before the beginning of your cycle, for example?

well, what I found out working personally for me is eliminating as much decisions possible I don’t think everyday what to wear bc I’ve got capsule wardrobe, no matter what top & bottom I choose it works good habit is to decide on important things an evening before: e.g. dump here in Numo all your thoughts, prepare clothes (just take it out) etc. I also don’t think what to eat if I’m in a hurry — I always have my greek yogurt & granola ready and it takes 2 mins to prep and such approach can be used for most of the things: think of it one time early, prepare what you need early — and don’t think later, just live. You’ll see how you’ll start doing it automatically and spending no more energy on it

Agree! The days I preselect my clothes and breakfast make morning routines go much smoother. I made my child a visual reminder chart, maybe you could try that for yourself on numo. Subtasks you can check off?
