Has anyone else, just coming to grips with their own ADHD , started recognising the traits in all their friends, and wanting to enlighten them, but also don’t want to be rude or presumptuous, by suggesting they may possibly have ND- because most folk still don’t understand what any of this really is yet either?

Subahnallah! All the time! Someone mentioned superpowers, this is one of them. I’ve recognized it in close friends, and of course family members.
Yep! Had a few friends diagnosed with it when I saw it for year, as well as my dad.
That has not happened to me I think only because I’m not around friends that often. I can see how our ADHD brain could go there, though.
