Losing typed content

Anyone made that experience in the forum? The UI for typing comments needs improvement for those that like to post more elaborate content! The typing field is rather small and not easy to maneuver/doesn’t adapt to length of text. A lock function like swiping up to expand and a little slider to presave text would be so great: Just once again I lost additional content I wanted to write at the end of an edited post/comment- accidentally touched a profile picture while typing and opened the users info (my own profile pic most of the time) then struggled to get back to the typing field and fearfully clicked on the x of the user profile card..BOom the editing field of my content is empty because the action was cancelled by accidentally hitting the profile pic. I usually have the patience to try for a second edit- sometimes with better word up my sleeve or written more condensed, but it often happens again after that! After trying twice I give up most times and wish I had edited my text in the notes app of my phone which is more complicated it better in terms of avoiding writing fails
