Adding as daily task in this app will help. Break down the tasks further & check off them, it will release adrenal & once you feel accomplished, you will start repeating them. Example of breaking them down is; Take off clothes Hop in shower Wash upper body Wash lower body Pat myself dry Moisture Wear undergarments Wear dress Put paste on toothbrush Clean upper teeth Clean lower teeth Gargles Wash toothbrush
