Self care - specifically brushing teeth or taking a shower

Who has tips or tricks to do these? I struggle with both of these, it's like asking me to run a marathon

Does anyone else sit with the shower running forever and just not have the energy or motivation to actually get in?

Adding as daily task in this app will help. Break down the tasks further & check off them, it will release adrenal & once you feel accomplished, you will start repeating them. Example of breaking them down is; Take off clothes Hop in shower Wash upper body Wash lower body Pat myself dry Moisture Wear undergarments Wear dress Put paste on toothbrush Clean upper teeth Clean lower teeth Gargles Wash toothbrush

I have another toothbrush and paste near the sink in the kitchen. Sometimes i brush them while i pee. I always struggle but these help.

For me, teeth and showers are a morning thing for my routine. If I fall off of it I do when I think of it like early afternoon. It is irregular but better than not doing it at all.

I'd say put them on the todo as recurring/daily tasks... but i've done that and i still struggle to remember.
