Welcome here and don’t hesitate to ask for help! If you want to try to be interested long enough to use this app, try some hacks that will actually naturally make you use it. For example, try to add on the app the tasks you already did (eat, shower… if not it’s okay, just giving examples of what you could have already accomplished) for a free extra boost of dopamine, and continue with a thing you would like to do today. Don’t feel guilty if you haven’t managed to do it at the end of the day. Try to join a squad to share your progress. Try a private post in it to encourage your mates to present themselves, to be motivated together. You have a full community of people that understand your struggles here, and maybe it will help you in the future :)
